Work For Us.

We build ready-made websites that go live overnight — and we're a small, senior, remote-first team who care more about finished work than job titles. If that sounds like your kind of place, have a look at what's open.

How we work

Four things we actually mean, not four things on a wall.

Ship in days, not quarters

We build in short, visible loops. Everyone here has shipped something to a live customer in their first fortnight.

Customers over process

Every role talks to customers. Support notes and sales calls shape the roadmap far more than internal decks do.

Remote-first, honestly

Work from wherever you do your best thinking. Core overlap is 10:00–15:00 UK so nobody lives in a meeting.

Craft is the product

A website we sell has to feel finished. We give people the time to sweat spacing, copy and performance.

Hiring process

Five steps, about two weeks, no surprises

01

Apply

Send a short note and anything you're proud of. No cover letter templates — we read every application ourselves.

02

Intro call

Thirty minutes with the founder. What you want next, what we're building, and whether the two overlap.

03

Paid exercise

A focused, realistic task capped at four hours. We pay for your time at your usual day rate.

04

Team conversation

Meet the people you'd work with day to day. Ask us anything — finances, roadmap, the awkward stuff included.

05

Offer

A written offer within 48 hours of the final call, with the salary band and reasoning laid out in full.

Not seeing your role?

Tell us what you'd want to own and why Kinetic. We keep speculative applications on file for twelve months and come back to them first whenever a role opens.
