Everything buyers ask.

Licensing, handover, free changes, hosting and support — grouped so you can jump straight to the part you care about.

Do I own the website outright?

Yes. You receive the full source code and a perpetual licence to use it for one business. There are no renewals or usage limits.

What is the difference between front-end and full package?

Front-end builds are marketing sites: pages, forms and content. Full package builds add a secure database, customer login area and an admin panel for managing the business.

Can two people buy the same website?

Each design is sold a limited number of times and never to direct competitors in the same town or sector. Exclusive buy-outs are available on request.

Can I pay by invoice?

Yes. Contact the studio and we will raise an invoice for bank transfer before starting your build.

What counts as one of my 25 free changes?

Anything you would ask a developer for: colour and font swaps, rewritten copy, new sections or pages, form logic, integrations, admin fields. One request is one change.

What if I need more than 25 changes?

Additional changes are quoted individually and always agreed in writing before any work starts. Most launches never reach the limit — the average build uses fourteen.

Can you add a feature that isn't in the build already?

Usually, yes. Bookings, ticketing, memberships, multi-currency, AI assistants and payment flows are all things we write from scratch. Send us the idea and we will tell you honestly what it involves.

How long does handover take?

Front-end builds are typically handed over within 24 hours of your brief. Full-package builds take 48 hours.

Do you host the site?

Yes. Every marketplace purchase and custom build includes completely free managed hosting for one year, including deployment and domain connection.

Can I move the website to another host?

Yes. You own and receive the complete codebase, subject to your licence, and can deploy it to any compatible host. You can carry out the move yourself or purchase our migration add-on.

Why do you recommend keeping the website hosted with you?

It keeps the site in the environment we built and tested, so our team can safely deliver future changes, releases and custom functionality without conflicts caused by an unknown hosting setup.

Can you keep customising my site after I move it elsewhere?

No. Once an installation moves to another host, its infrastructure, configuration and deployment process sit outside our control, so we cannot provide further customisation or development support for that installation.

Do I receive the complete source code?

Yes. You receive the complete codebase and own it 100%, with permitted use governed by the licence you select. You may keep it with us, self-host it or appoint another technical team.

Will you set the website up on another host for me?

Yes, as a paid migration add-on. We will prepare and deploy the initial installation, but ongoing changes and support end after the move is completed.

Can you migrate content from my current site?

Yes. Send us the existing URL and we will move across copy, images and products as part of your change allowance.

Why don't you build WordPress, Drupal or Joomla sites?

Fifteen years of maintaining them taught us that plugin stacks are slow, fragile and a security liability. Everything we ship is written in a modern framework with no plugin dependencies.

How fast are the sites?

Builds routinely score in the high nineties on Lighthouse and paint in well under a second, because there is no plugin bloat and no bloated theme layer to fight.

What happens after launch?

Every purchase includes 30 days of launch support for bugs and questions. Ongoing care plans are available if you want us to keep maintaining it.

Can I edit the site myself?

Full-package builds include an admin area for content, products and customers. Front-end builds can have an editor added as one of your changes.
