1. Who we are

Kinetic Digital Marketplace sells ready-made websites built in-house. We are not a third-party marketplace: every build listed here is designed, coded and supported by our own studio.

These terms apply whenever you browse the site, create an account or purchase a build.

2. What you are buying

Each listing states whether the build is front-end only or a full package with customer and admin areas. The listing page shows the page count, stack, integrations and the delivery window.

Purchases include a handover pack: source files, deployment notes, admin credentials where applicable and a walkthrough of the back end.

3. The 25 free customisations

Every purchase includes up to 25 customisation requests, large or small, at no extra cost. Requests are logged in your customer area and counted as they are completed.

A request covers a single defined change. Rebuilds, brand-new page templates or third-party integrations that require paid accounts may be quoted separately, and we will tell you before any work starts.

Unused changes do not expire during the support window stated on the listing.

4. Payment and orders

Prices are shown in GBP and include the full build as described on the listing page. Orders are confirmed once payment clears and a project reference is issued in your customer area.

We may decline or cancel an order where a build has been retired, or where an exclusivity limit on a listing has already been reached.

5. Licence and use

You receive the licence type stated on the listing. Unless the listing says otherwise, you may use the build for one live business website and modify it freely.

You may not resell, redistribute or relist the build as a template, in whole or in substantial part.

6. Support

Support is provided through your customer area and the support desk for the window stated on the listing. We answer during UK business hours and aim to reply within one working day.

Support covers defects in the build as delivered. It does not cover hosting outages, third-party service changes or code written by other parties after handover.

7. Liability

We deliver the build with reasonable skill and care, but we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from your use of the site or a purchased build.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version shown here always applies to new orders, and material changes will be announced on the site.
