What you may do
- Use the website for one business, on one primary domain.
- Modify the source code however you like, forever.
- Have another developer maintain or extend it.
- Keep it running after any relationship with us ends.
What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute or relicense the build as a template.
- Use one purchase across multiple unrelated businesses.
- Publish the source publicly or as part of a template pack.
Exclusivity
- Each design is sold in a limited run and never to direct competitors in the same town or sector.
- Exclusive buy-outs retire a design from the catalog permanently and are quoted on request.
Refunds
- Full refund any time before implementation work starts on your brief.
- Once your 25 changes are underway the sale is final, because the build becomes bespoke to you.
