Year one
Hosting is included for the first twelve months on every purchase. SSL is included permanently. You only pay for your domain if you do not already own one.
Year two onwards
Hosting is billed openly from month thirteen and shown in your billing screen ahead of the renewal date. Domains renew annually at cost. Business email is optional and billed per mailbox by your provider.
Optional extras
Support windows, additional change blocks and custom development are all priced per item and never bundled into a mandatory retainer.
